How we work here

Working with businesses remotely

  1. Agreed overlap hours

Regular call slots that fit both time zones, plus agreed response times for normal messages and for urgent issues.

  2. Written scope and contract

Deliverables, timelines, ownership, payment terms and confidentiality agreed in writing before work begins, with an NDA where you need one.

  3. Asynchronous by design

Written progress notes, preview links and short recorded walkthroughs, so decisions do not wait for the next call.

  4. Content for your market

English written for your audience, with US or UK spelling and local conventions, reviewed by you before anything goes live.

Who we work with abroad

International clients look for a partner in India for different reasons. Some are founder-led companies that want one partner for their website, search and paid media. Others are established businesses whose in-house marketing or IT team needs extra delivery capacity, and Indian-owned businesses abroad that value a partner who understands both markets. The way we work is the same in each case: clear scope, agreed communication and honest reporting.

Our main international markets each have their own page, covering time zones, currency, regulations and platform habits:

  • United Arab Emirates. A working day that overlaps almost entirely with ours, WhatsApp-first communication and bilingual audiences.
  • United Kingdom. Morning overlap, UK GDPR and cookie-consent expectations, and invoicing in GBP if agreed.
  • United States. Limited live overlap, so an asynchronous workflow, plus awareness of state privacy laws and website accessibility.
  • South Asia. Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, the Maldives and Bhutan, with time zones within about half an hour of ours.

We also work with businesses in Australia, Canada and elsewhere when the fit is right.

How a remote engagement runs

  1. Introductory call. A video call at a time that suits you, to understand your business, goals, current set-up and internal team.
  2. Written proposal. Scope, deliverables, milestones, ownership, responsibilities and costs, with the quote currency agreed.
  3. Onboarding. Access to the accounts we need, tracking checked or set up, and a shared folder or project board.
  4. Delivery in stages. Previews and approvals at each milestone, so feedback arrives while changes are still easy to make.
  5. Reporting and review. A weekly note during projects and a monthly report for ongoing marketing, drawn from the platforms themselves.

Communication cadence

At the start, we agree a main contact on each side, the channels to use (email, a messaging app or your project tool), fixed call slots, and response times for normal and urgent messages. Between calls, you get written notes and short recorded walkthroughs. If your company uses its own tools, such as Slack, Teams, Jira or Asana, we work inside them where practical.

Time-zone overlap from India

India Standard Time is five and a half hours ahead of UTC and does not change for daylight saving, so the gap with countries that do shifts by an hour twice a year:

  • UAE: India is 1.5 hours ahead, all year.
  • UK: India is 5.5 hours ahead in winter and 4.5 hours ahead during British Summer Time.
  • US East Coast: India is 10.5 hours ahead in winter and 9.5 hours ahead in summer. The West Coast is three hours further behind.
  • South Asia: Sri Lanka shares our time; Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and the Maldives are within about half an hour.

Contracts, invoicing and data

Every engagement starts with a written agreement covering scope, timelines, ownership of the work, payment terms and confidentiality. We are happy to sign an NDA. Invoicing in your currency can be discussed and is fixed in the proposal. Before we touch any personal data, such as CRM records or email lists, we agree what is shared, how it is stored and which rules apply in your market, and we keep access to the minimum the work needs.

Is a partner in India right for you?

It suits businesses that are comfortable with remote collaboration, can give clear feedback in writing or on a scheduled call, and want one partner across several parts of their digital presence. It is less suitable if you need someone in your office at short notice. We would rather discuss that openly at the start than discover a mismatch halfway through.

We do not guarantee rankings, leads or sales in any market. We commit to careful work, clear explanations and honest reports.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Have a different question? Ask us directly.

Do you have an office in our country?

No. We are based in Ongole, India, and work with international clients remotely through video calls, email, messaging and shared project tools. We would rather be clear about that than suggest a local presence we do not have. Where something must happen in person in your market, such as an event or a photo shoot, we will say so and help you brief a local vendor.

How do you handle time-zone differences?

We agree overlap hours at the start. The UAE is one and a half hours behind India, so most of the working day overlaps. UK mornings overlap with Indian afternoons. For the US, live calls usually fall early in the US morning or late in the US day, and much of the work runs asynchronously with written updates and recorded walkthroughs. Our market pages explain each case in more detail.

Can you invoice in our currency?

Quoting and invoicing in your currency, such as AED, GBP or USD, can be discussed at the proposal stage, together with a payment route that works for both sides. Whatever is agreed is written into the proposal before any work starts, so there are no surprises about currency, schedule or method.

Will you sign an NDA and follow our data protection rules?

We are happy to sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement. Before we handle any customer or personal data, we discuss what data is involved, where it is stored, who can access it and which rules apply in your market, such as UK GDPR or the UAE's data protection law. Your legal adviser remains the right person to confirm your own obligations.

Do we keep ownership of the website, code and accounts?

Yes. Your domain, hosting, website and application code, content, ad accounts and analytics should be owned by your business. We work with the access you grant and hand over everything we create, with documentation. This keeps you in control if you later bring the work in-house or move to another provider.
