Is this billing software for shops suitable for small stores?
Yes. A single-counter kirana or garment shop can start with billing, stock and credit, and add purchases, multiple counters or branches later. We configure only what you need, so staff are not confused by screens they never use, and the system can grow as the business does.
Can it handle GST invoices?
Yes. Invoices can include your GSTIN, the customer's GSTIN for B2B sales, HSN codes and a tax breakup, configured to the rates your accountant confirms. The software makes GST reports easier to prepare, but return filing and tax decisions remain with your business and your accountant.
We have thousands of items. How long does setup take?
It depends mostly on the state of your item list. If you have a clean spreadsheet or an export from old software, import is quick. If items need barcodes, categories or corrected prices, we plan the clean-up in stages so you can start billing your fast movers first while the rest is completed.
Can it track sizes, batches or serial numbers?
Yes, where your products need it. Garment and footwear shops can track size and colour, pharmacies and FMCG stores can track batches and expiry, and mobile or electronics shops can record serial or IMEI numbers. We switch these on only for the categories that use them.
Can we export our data if we change software later?
