Who benefits
- B2B companies selling services, software, equipment or materials to other businesses.
- Firms whose buyers are defined by role, such as HR heads, plant managers, founders or IT decision-makers.
- Companies selling across India or internationally that need to reach specific industries and company sizes.
- Leadership teams who want to build a visible point of view in their sector.
- Businesses whose sales team needs fewer, better-qualified leads rather than more volume.

01 The challenge
B2B buyers rarely decide after one advert. Several people compare options over weeks or months, and most of them never fill in a form on your website. Many companies post on LinkedIn without a plan, or run ads that collect cheap but unqualified leads, and then cannot tell which activity moved a real opportunity forward.

04 In depth
Where LinkedIn fits in a B2B marketing plan
LinkedIn is the one major platform where people describe themselves by their work: job title, employer, industry and seniority. That makes it useful when your customer is a business and the decision sits with a small number of identifiable roles. It is less useful for low-value products or audiences defined mainly by personal interests, where other channels usually reach people more efficiently.
We treat LinkedIn as one part of a wider plan. Buyers may first see your leadership team’s post, later click a sponsored document, then search for your company by name and read your website. Measuring only the last click misses most of that journey, so we plan content and campaigns to work together across it.
Organic content and thought leadership
Your company page is the place prospects check to see whether you are active and credible. Posts from founders and senior people usually reach further than company page posts, because LinkedIn shows people content from individuals they follow. We help your team turn real expertise into useful content: lessons from projects, views on industry changes, answers to common buyer questions and behind-the-scenes looks at how you work. Longer pieces can be repurposed from your content marketing, so one idea serves several channels.
LinkedIn Ads formats, explained plainly
- Sponsored Content appears in the feed as single images, videos, carousels or documents. It suits awareness, content downloads and retargeting.
- Lead Gen Forms attach to sponsored content and let members submit details without leaving LinkedIn. They usually make submitting easier, which needs balancing against lead quality.
- Message and Conversation Ads are delivered to members’ LinkedIn inboxes, with Conversation Ads offering a choose-your-path format. They can work for event invitations or specific offers, but delivery limits and availability vary, and they need careful, relevant messaging to avoid feeling intrusive.
The right format depends on what you are asking people to do. A senior buyer may not book a demo from a first advert but may read a well-made guide. We match the ask to the stage of the relationship.
Judging success by lead quality
Because clicks on LinkedIn typically cost more than on many other platforms, the useful question is not “how cheap was each lead” but “how many leads became real sales conversations”. We define what a qualified lead means for your business before launch, track conversions with the Insight Tag, and pass leads into your CRM so their progress can be followed. Where you want leads scored, routed or followed up automatically, our CRM and automation service can connect the pieces.
Results depend on your offer, audience size, sales process and budget, and B2B cycles can be long. We report honestly on what is working, what is not and what we are changing.
Working with international and Indian B2B audiences
We run LinkedIn campaigns from Ongole for clients selling across India and to international markets, working remotely through scheduled calls and shared reports. If you are not sure whether LinkedIn suits your audience, a short consultation is usually enough to tell.
Pricing: LinkedIn marketing is usually a monthly management engagement. Ad spend is paid directly to LinkedIn and is separate from our fee. We quote after understanding your audience, goals and content needs.
Is LinkedIn advertising more expensive than other platforms?
Cost per click on LinkedIn is typically higher than on Facebook, Instagram or many Google searches. In exchange, you can target people by job function, seniority, industry and company size with a precision other platforms do not offer. It tends to suit considered B2B purchases where one good lead is worth a lot, rather than low-value or impulse purchases.
Should we focus on organic posting or LinkedIn Ads?
Usually both, with different jobs. Organic content from your company page and leaders builds credibility with people who already follow you. Ads reach specific decision-makers who do not yet know you, and retarget those who have shown interest. We recommend the balance after looking at your audience size, sales cycle and budget.
What are LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms?
They are forms that open inside LinkedIn and can pre-fill details such as name, job title and company from the member's profile. This makes them easier to complete than a website form, which can raise volume but sometimes lowers intent. We add qualifying questions where it helps and review lead quality with your sales team.
Can you connect LinkedIn leads to our CRM?
Yes. Lead Gen Form responses can be sent to many CRMs and marketing tools through LinkedIn's native integrations or a connector. We set up the routing, check that fields map correctly and make sure your team is notified quickly, because a slow follow-up wastes an expensive lead.
Do you write posts for our founders and leadership team?
Yes. We interview your leaders, draft posts and articles in their voice and send them for approval before anything is published. The ideas and expertise come from your team; we shape them into clear, readable content and keep a consistent posting rhythm.
