01 The challenge
Most businesses are not short of marketing activity — they are short of a plan that ties it together. Ads, social posts, SEO and the website are often run by different people with different measures of success, so budget drifts towards whatever is loudest rather than whatever works. Without one strategy and one way of measuring, it is hard to know what to scale, what to stop and what to try next.

04 In depth
What a digital marketing strategy should do
Most marketing problems are coordination problems. A paid campaign set up by one person, social content run by another, a website nobody updates — each piece might be fine on its own, but none of them share a goal or a measure of success. A digital marketing strategy fixes that by giving every channel the same audience definition, the same core messages and the same way of judging results.
We start with the decisions every channel depends on: who you sell to, why they should choose you over the alternatives, what a good enquiry or sale looks like, and how much each one is worth to the business. Only then do we choose channels. That order matters, because the right channel mix for a premium brand selling nationally is very different from the mix for a clinic serving one city or a software company selling to other businesses.
Search, social and paid working together
A buyer might see your Instagram reel, search your name on Google a week later, read your reviews and then call. If each channel is judged alone, that customer looks like a “Google” lead and the reel looks wasted. We plan channels so they support each other — Google Ads captures people already searching, social builds familiarity, and SEO and your Google Business Profile make sure you look credible when people check.
Choosing channels on evidence
Google and Meta suit a wide range of businesses, but they are not the only options. We add other channels only where they genuinely fit your audience and economics:
- LinkedIn suits business-to-business offers where you need to reach people by job role, seniority or industry. See LinkedIn marketing.
- YouTube suits products and services that need showing or explaining, and for reaching past visitors again. See YouTube advertising.
- Content and search build demand that compounds over time, especially for considered purchases.
- Marketplaces and offline media can be part of the plan when your customers are there, and are covered under their own services.
If a channel does not fit your goals or budget, we will say so rather than spread spend thinly.
Planning in stages
A useful strategy is not a hundred-page document. It is a short plan with clear priorities for the next quarter and a view of what comes after. We usually work in stages:
- Foundations — tracking, landing pages and the basics of search visibility, so results can be measured from day one.
- Prove — a small number of channels and campaigns tested against agreed measures.
- Scale — more budget, more markets or more channels, added only once the earlier stage shows what works.
This applies whether you are launching a product, expanding into a new region or tightening an existing programme that has grown without a plan.
How to judge whether it is working
We focus on enquiries, sales and cost per result rather than likes and impressions. Before any campaign goes live, we make sure form submissions, calls, WhatsApp messages and purchases can be measured — see analytics and reporting for how we set this up.
Each monthly review covers spend and results by channel, what changed and why, and the priorities for the month ahead. We are also open about the limits of tracking: no tool records every customer journey perfectly, so we combine platform data with what your sales team hears from customers. Good strategy is judged on whether decisions get easier and spend moves towards what works — not on how busy the activity looks.
Pricing: Digital marketing is usually a monthly retainer, with any ad spend paid by you directly to the platforms. We quote after understanding your goals and channels — book a free consultation.
Which digital marketing channels should we start with?
It depends on how your customers buy. Services people actively search for usually start with Google Search and SEO. Products people discover by seeing them often suit Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, and business-to-business offers may suit LinkedIn. We recommend a focused set of channels done well before adding more, and explain the reasoning in the plan.
How much should we spend on digital marketing?
There is no single right figure. It depends on your market, the channels involved, your sales cycle and how long you can sustain campaigns while they are tested and improved. We suggest a starting range after the discovery stage and show how the money would be split, so you can decide with clear information.
Can you guarantee a number of leads or sales?
No. Results depend on your offer, pricing, competition, season and how quickly enquiries are followed up — many of which sit outside our control. We commit to a clear plan, careful execution, accurate tracking and honest reporting, so you can see exactly what your marketing is producing.
Do you only work with businesses in Ongole?
No. Ongole is our base, and we also work with businesses across Andhra Pradesh, elsewhere in India and internationally. Remote clients are served through video calls, shared documents and reporting dashboards, with visits by arrangement. The planning, campaign work and reporting are the same wherever you are based.
Can you work alongside our in-house team or other agencies?
Yes. Some clients want us to run everything; others want a strategy and measurement layer that their own team or existing partners execute against. We agree who owns each channel, share one reporting view and keep responsibilities clear, so nothing falls between teams.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. Ad accounts, analytics, Search Console and social pages should be owned by your business, with our team given access. If we stop working together, your accounts, campaign history and data stay with you, and we hand over any documentation, creative files and reports we prepared.
